FROM 'SPIN CITY' TO WASHINGTON D.C. Actor Michael J Fox, who plays deputy mayor Mike Flaherty, resigns and leaves City Hall alone to start a new career in Washington. The actor was in Washington in real life recently, where he launched the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinsons's Research. He plans to campain for government funding to find a cure for the debilitating disease. "I firmly believe there will be a cure by the time I'm 50," says the actor. Let's hope so |
