Like mother, like son! Inigo Middleton has taken after his mom Alizée Thevenet's blonde hair. To celebrate Mother's Day in the UK on Sunday, the Princess of Wales' brother, James Middleton, shared a new photo featuring his one-year-old son. Inigo's blonde was on display in the sweet picture, which shows Alizée holding her baby boy in a field.

"Happy Mothers to all the amazing Mothers but an extra bit of love for this one ❤️ 💐," James captioned the mother-son photo.

Alizée and James, who tied the knot in 2021, welcomed their first child, Inigo Gabriel Middleton, in September 2023. "No matter how prepared I thought I was…I was not prepared for the overwhelming emotion of meeting Inigo for the first time and the love for my darling Alizée as we became three," James wrote in a post introducing his baby boy on Instagram.

In his book Meet Ella: The Dog Who Saved My Life, James opened up about his son's name. "Inigo means fiery, ardent, although he is peaceful now," he shared. "Gabriel is in memory of his grandfather, Alizee's papa. It is a small tribute and we look forward to sharing lots of stories about his French grandad too."

Ahead of the release of his book last year, James discussed his older sisters Catherine and Pippa Middleton as parents. "It's been wonderful, seeing them become mothers and being so dedicated and strong. I'm in awe of that," he told HOLA! USA's HELLO!

"I've been fortunate to see how my sisters have done it, and take tips along the way – some I take on board, and others I'm like: 'Hmm,'" James quipped.

His two sisters each have three children. Pippa shares Arthur, Grace, and Rose with her husband James Matthews, while the Prince and Princess of Wales are parents to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis

Catherine marked Mother's Day on March 30 with a tribute to Mother Nature. "Over the past year, nature has been our sanctuary," Her Royal Highness penned alongside a video featuring different clips of nature. "This Mother’s Day, let us celebrate Mother Nature and recognise how our bond with the natural world can help not only nurture our inner selves, but remind us too of the role we play within the rich tapestry of life. Twelve days after Mother's Day last year, the Princess of Wales revealed that she was undergoing a course of preventative chemotherapy. Following the news, James penned a touching message to his sister. "Over the years, we have climbed many mountains together. As a family, we will climb this one with you too ⛰️❤️," James captioned a throwback photo of himself and Catherine.

Back in September, the Princess announced—with a video filmed in Norfolk—that she had completed her treatment. At the time, it was understood that the royal mom of three had drawn strength from her family, loved ones and from spending time on things that bring her joy, and those elements along with the sanctuary she found in the natural world were all represented strongly in the video. James reacted to his sister's announcement on Instagram, commenting: "I couldn't be more proud ❤️."
