Princess Alexandra also included a solo photo of herself in her pink silk chiffon gown from Giambattista Valli Haute Couture, which she accessorized with a statement Cartier necklace. The Princess additionally shared a photo of her longtime boyfriend Ben Sylvester Strautmann helping another individual carry her dress on a hanger. Alongside the images, Alexandra simply wrote: "🪩🌷💗."

The Princess' sister-in-law, Alessandra de Osma, who is married to Alexandra's brother Prince Christian of Hanover, reacted to the post with a red heart emoji: "❤️."

The Rose Ball was established by Alexandra's maternal grandmother, Princess Grace of Monaco, in 1954. The 69th edition of the Bal de la Rose, held in aid of the Princess Grace Foundation, took place at the Salle des Étoiles of the Sporting Monte-Carlo on March 29. The 2025 black tie event, themed "Sunset Ball," was attended by Prince Albert and Princess Charlene of Monaco, as well as by Princess Caroline, who is President of the Princess Grace Foundation, and three of her kids: Andrea Casiraghi, Charlotte Casiraghi and Princess Alexandra. Noticeably missing was Caroline's son Pierre Casiraghi. While he was not pictured with his family at the ball, his wife Beatrice Borromeo was in attendance, as was Andrea's wife, Tatiana Casiraghi

Princess Alexandra, who has two other brothers on her dad Prince Ernst August of Hanover's side—Prince Christian and Prince Ernst August of Hanover—recently opened up about her relationship with her five older half-siblings.

"I feel very close to them, and they're some of the most important relationships in my life," she said in an interview with Elle España that was published on March 21 (translated to English). "Growing up with a lot of older siblings has been very interesting, as has watching them grow and see how they've gone through different stages of their lives."

Alexandra added,  "I feel very fortunate because, with them, their partners and families have come along, and I have great relationships with all of them. That's made the process of growing up less intimidating. Watching them move out, start homes, and raise their children has made the future less scary, I guess."
