Princess Claire is 40—and looks fabulous in a new photo in celebration of her birthday! The Grand Ducal Court of Luxembourg commemorated the Princess turning 40 on Friday, March 21, with a new picture of Claire and her husband Prince Félix dressed up.
The Princess was photographed wearing a pink dress with feather trim detailing. According to UFO No More, Claire's feather-trim gown is from Taller Marmo. The Princess completed her look with an elaborate headband featuring what appears to be disco balls and silver shoes, which complemented her husband's sequin pants and jacket.
The couple posed close together for the loved-up picture, with Claire resting a hand on her husband's stomach as he gazed at her with affection. Alongside the photo, the Grand Ducal Court wrote: "🎉 Happy Birthday!Princess Claire thanks you for all your kind wishes ! 💌."
Château les Crostes—the picturesque estate in the heart of Provence that Félix and Claire took over the reins of in 2013—also marked the Princess' birthday. Alongside photos of Claire with each of her children, Princess Amalia, 10, Prince Liam, 8, and Prince Balthazar, 1, the estate's Instagram account wrote: "Happy birthday Princess Claire."
Claire has been a member of Luxembourg's royal family since 2013. She married Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa's second child, Prince Félix, at the Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine de Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume in France. Upon her wedding, Claire received the title of "Her Royal Highness Princess Claire of Luxembourg, Princess of Nassau."
The Princess and Prince met at Collège Alpin Beau Soleil, a boarding school in Switzerland. Ahead of their wedding, Félix told the Luxemburger Wort (via HOLA! USA's sister brand HELLO!), “Over the following years a strong friendship developed and has become the basis for our love.”
Claire and Félix share three kids. Their first child, Amalia, was born in 2014, followed by Liam in 2016 and Balthazar in 2024. In a statement after the arrival of their third child last year, Claire and Félix said, “It is with great joy that we announce the birth of our son."
The day before Balthazar's first birthday this past January, Félix penned a message celebrating the New Year. "Happy new year 2025! My wife, my children and I would like to wish you all the very best for the New Year," the royal dad of three wrote. "May 2025 be synonymous with success, sharing and unforgettable moments. 🍷."
Félix added, "We look forward to continuing to celebrate our passion for wine together and to welcoming you to the heart of our estate for beautiful discoveries and unique events.Thank you for your trust and support. See you soon at Château les Crostes!"
