"A taste of Canada and The Invictus Games for our little ones!" Meghan wrote on the photo. "Cheering you on from home!"

The souvenirs included sweets and custom jerseys from Team Nigeria with "Archie" and "Lilibet" emblazoned on them. Nigerian team manager Derrick Cobbinah previously told PEOPLE that they made jerseys for Meghan and Prince Harry, as well as their children. "We did one for him and one for M and for the kids," Derrick said. "They said they would be excited to have them. She was very, very excited."

Before introducing Harry at a family and friends reception in Vancouver last Friday, Meghan spoke about her children cheering on their dad from California. She said, "So it is my entire pleasure and complete honor to introduce to the stage my husband, the father of our very sweet, excited children who are cheering you on from California, Prince Harry, founder of the Invictus Games, the Duke of Sussex."

In Vancouver, Harry spoke with PEOPLE about having his wife by his side at the games, which he founded in 2014. "To have my wife here supporting me is amazing. I love that she’s by my side," he said. "It’s such an important piece to this whole adventure." Ahead of the 2025 Invictus Games, HOLA! USA reported that the Duchess would be joining her husband in Canada to uplift Harry, the competitors and their stories.

Meghan has attended every edition of the games since 2017. She and Prince Harry made their first public appearance together at the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto, Canada. Since then, she has attended the sporting competition in Sydney, The Hague, Düsseldorf and the latest games in Vancouver and Whistler. The eighth Invictus Games are set to be held in Birmingham, UK in July 2027.
