Queen Camilla looked impeccable at the awaited crowning of King Charles III. The historic day took place at London’s Westminster Abbey, hosting dozens of members of the royal family, and over 100 chiefs of state. Queen Camilla wore a white attire designed by Bruce Oldfied, with details in silver and gold.

Queen Camilla’s dress was off-white and decorated with various golden flower patterns. According to our sister publication HOLA! SPAIN, the dress was woven by Stephen Walters and was made with a type of satin fabric called Peau de Soie.

There are various flower patterns over the length of the dress, including those that represent the four nations of the United Kingdom: a rose, a thistle, a daffodil, and a shamrok.

These represent England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland respectively.

With this design, Bruce Oldfield goes down in history, with the dress likely earning a spot in The Royal Collection. Curiously, Oldfield was a close friend of Princess Diana and one of her favorite designers.
