Fortnum & Mason launched a Coronation Afternoon Tea in early April. The tea—featuring a menu inspired by “the King’s favourite ingredients and passion for the environment”—is served every day in the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon. The tea begins with delicate finger sandwiches, including Cotswold legbar egg mayonnaise and salt beef with kohlrabi and tarragon sour cream dressing, and a woodland wild mushroom éclair, followed by freshly baked scones.

The menu, served in the David Linley designed Dining Room, will include Coddled Clarence Court egg, a buttered morel and wild mushroom, a wild Scottish salmon and more. The Coronation Tasting Menu at The Goring will be available May 1 through May 7.
