Prince Guillaume and Princess Stéphanie of Luxembourg introduced their newborn son Prince François Henri Luis Marie Guillaume two days after his birth. The first photos of the little Prince were released on Wednesday, March 29.
“The Crown Prince and Princess are delighted to share the first photos of Prince François with you. 👶,” the Grand Ducal Court of Luxembourg wrote alongside the sweet images on Instagram. “❤️ They are deeply grateful for the kind messages they have received on the occasion of their second child’s birth.”
Following the birth of Prince François on March 27, the Marshall of the Court said: “The Crown Prince, the Crown Princess and his brother Prince Charles are looking forward to introducing Prince François to you.”

Prince François is the royal couple’s second child.
The little Prince was born at the Maternité Grande-Duchesse Charlotte in Luxembourg on March 27.
Following the birth of his son Prince François, Prince Guillaume said, “For us, it is now a great joy to be able to hold this little baby in our arms. He is already so sweet.”
The Prince is Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa’s sixth grandchild.
François’ older brother, Prince Charles, is second in line to the throne. Prince Guillaume said that it was a “moment of great joy” when his parents, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, came with Charles to the hospital for the first visit.
“It was very sweet to see how Charles reacted when he heard that François had been born,” the royal dad of two revealed. “He was so excited to meet him, he turned and went straight up to him. It brought such joy to both us and my parents.”
