Talk about goals! The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge along with their eldest son Prince George were dressed to the nines on Tuesday as they cheered on England in the 2020 UEFA European Championship. The royal trio was spotted singing the National Anthem, greeting David Beckham and celebrating in the stands after their team defeated Germany to advance to the quarterfinals.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the soccer game on June 29 with their firstborn Prince George, who is a student at Thomas’s Battersea in London.
The future King twinned with his dad Prince William wearing a suit and tie.
The Cambridges were seen greeting David Beckham, who was a guest at the couple’s 2011 royal wedding.
David Beckham wasn’t the only celebrity seated near the Cambridges. Ed Sheeran and Ellie Goulding sat a few rows behind William, Kate and George at Wembley Stadium.
The royal mom of three looked chic sporting a red Zara blazer to the match.
Prince George is known for being a soccer fan like his father, who is president of the Football Association.
Kate flashed a bright smile in the stands.
Look here son! The Duke pointed out something on the field to George.
The Sunday Times’ royal editor Roya Nikkhah reported that the match on June 29 was the first time Kate has joined William at an England game.
William and George were photographed sharing a sweet father-son moment.
