Royal family dog steals the show
As Queen Margrethe joined her royal family on the steps to greet well wishers, an unexpected, but welcome visitor hopped up the stairs.
Pawesome surprise
While Queen Elizabeth has already had her corgis, it seems Margrethe has always been a dachshund devotee. The pup delighted onlookers with the appearance.
Smile and wave
The private event was led by Royal Confessor Bishop Henrik Wigh-Poulsen and saw only 25 attendees for safety reasons.
