In a statement on Instagram, photographer Matt Porteous said, “It was an honour to photograph The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their family. Capturing the fun and relaxed moments between such a wonderful family is always a true privilege.”
Louis, Charlotte and George made their red carpet debut on Dec. 11. Kate and William attended a special pantomime performance of The National Lottery’s Pantoland at The Palladium with their children. The show was held to thank key workers and their families for their phenomenal efforts this year.
Charlotte and George’s sweet sibling bond was on display as they chatted in the Royal Box at the theater.
Louis was spotted reading a program while sitting on his mother’s lap during the show.
Prince George, wearing a striped sweater, looked comfortable sitting in his chair at the show.
In honor of the UK’s Volunteer’s Week in June, Kensington Palace shared a photo of William holding an umbrella over his two oldest children. The image was taken by Kate in April when the Cambridge family visited Sandringham Estate, where they packed and delivered food parcels to isolated pensioners in the local area.
The Duke and Duchess released new photos of Princess Charlotte to mark her fifth birthday (May 2), including one of the young royal holding a bag of pasta. In April, the little Princess and her family made fresh pasta and filled several bags to deliver, along with food packages, to elderly and vulnerable people living near Sandringham, per HOLA! USA’s sister brand HELLO!.
Charlotte wore a checkered dress from Zara to participate in the Sandringham Estate’s volunteering initiative with her family.
Prince George, who is third in line to the British throne, looked all grown up in his seventh birthday photos. The future King, who celebrated his birthday in July, flashed a bright smile sporting a camouflage print T-shirt.
The young Princes and Princess quizzed Sir David Attenborough in a video shared by Kensington Palace in October. Louis melted hearts when he adorably asked the naturalist what animal he likes.
Prince William was tackled by his kids in a sweet photo released to celebrate his 38th birthday in June.
Just like any other dad! Prince William horsed around in the grass with his sons and daughter at their country home.
Prince Louis, who turned two on April 23, got messy with paint in his second birthday pictures. “I should have taken a photograph of what I looked like after as well,” Kate told ITV’s This Morning of her youngest son’s photo session. “Luckily, that wasn’t documented, but I pretty much, I looked like Louis at the end of it.”
Kensington Palace shared a photo of the “Instagram” snapshot versus...

In March, the Duke and Duchess’ children applauded healthcare workers. Alongside a video of the Cambridge kids clapping, Kensington Palace wrote: “To all the doctors, nurses, carers, GPs, pharmacists, volunteers and other NHS staff working tirelessly to help those affected by #COVID19: thank you.”
