Angelina Jolie and their kids are known for their love and appreciation for animals. The celebrity family has had multiple pets, and most recently Angelina was spotted with her son Pax Jolie in Los Angeles, having a fun time and buying pet supplies for his new furry friend.
While we don't know the name of the adorable dog, the breed seems to be a Keeshond mix, a Husky mix, or a Rough Collie mix. Pax's latest outing with his dog comes after his recovery from an electric scooter accident last fall, as he was not wearing a helmet during the accident and suffered complex trauma.
“I feel like we’re meant to share the planet with animals. It’s about making sure we all take care of them in the right way, and that’s something I want to teach my children."
The Jolie-Pitt family has had several dogs, and they have shown their preference for large breeds, such as German Shepherds and Pit Bulls. Other reports also indicate that they had pet birds at one point and even a lizard. Angelina has previously spoken about their children’s love for rabbits.
“My children are all animal lovers, they all adore animals. They have taught me a lot about love and care for animals, and I see how they interact with them with such tenderness and empathy," the star previously told The Hollywood Reporter.
The actress has consistently emphasized the importance of animal welfare, with many of the family’s pets coming from shelters or rescues. This reflects not only their love for animals but also a commitment to helping those in need, as well as fostering an environment of empathy and responsibility for her children.
She also explained the importance of appreciating animals when it comes to raising their children. “Animals teach children compassion and responsibility. It's a lesson that’s important to me—it's one of the values I hope to pass down to my kids," she said to People magazine.
