Millan acquired the property for $2,782,500 and it is about 30 minutes from his famed Dog Psychology Center in Santa Clarita. It combines up-to-date amenities and traditional styling, and the gated property is close to Encino’s shops and restaurants.

The main level is open with plank wood flooring, a living room with a fireplace and built-in cabinets, and a dining room.

There is also a chef’s kitchen, family room, wine storage, office, and a bedroom suite on the main level.
