Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and his wife, handbag designer Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, just secured two stunning mansions in Palm Beach, Florida. According to Realtor.com, the couple paid $21 million for a waterfront estate.
The Real Deal reported that the Hilfigers made the purchase through a corporate entity, represented by Christian Angle and Christian Angle Real Estate. The publication also revealed that they were able to save $500,000 during the transaction.
The first mansion was built in 2006 and features 5,000 square feet of pure greatness. The listing notes that the property has three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms, high ceilings, and “rich finishes throughout.”
The main entrance has a columned courtyard with a fountain. The rest of the house has multiple living areas with architectural features such as wood-beam ceilings and arched doorways.
The spacious “in-town” Mediterranean home also has fireplaces, a formal dining room, and an outdoor dining area.
When the designers are tired, they can rest in their massive master suite. The couple can also read their favorite books in the sitting area with a fireplace or on their private balcony, which views their lawns, pool, lake, and a putting green.
In March of 2021, the couple splurge on another Palm Beach property. Similar in size, their $9 million mansion has three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 5,000 square feet of living space, as reported by Realtor.com.
