Poly Position

Out of this entire list of celebs, perhaps Natalie Portman can offer a more political reason for going plant-based. The Israeli-born actress is a vegan activist and enthusiast. In one of her environmental awareness speeches, she explained how the mass exploitation of animals causes most of the world’s air and water pollution. In this picture, she’s seen eating a vegan chicken wing.

All these celebs have different reasons, but one thing's for sure, they’re totally convinced of why they prefer a plant-based diet. Have any of their reasons struck a chord with you?
