Valdé Beauty made a bold entrance onto the beauty scene by introducing a groundbreaking refillable lipstick system. This innovative approach challenges the status quo of disposable beauty products, aligning Valdé with the growing trend of sustainable practices. With an emphasis on high craftsmanship and clean formulas, Valdé redefines what luxury beauty means in the 21st century.

One of Margarita’s recent brand initiatives that has garnered significant attention is the Valdé NFT Collective. This venture combines community engagement, blockchain technology, and celebrating women’s beauty, strength, and resilience. It establishes a unique sense of ownership and embraces the digital era, solidifying Valdé‘s position at the forefront of the beauty industry.

“As a beauty industry veteran and proud Latina, I have a sense of responsibility to leverage my expertise to influence and build awareness of the representation needed for my community. This effort is an essential seed for a future successful harvest of Latinx talent in Beauty,” says Margarita.

Margarita Arriagada’s commitment to uplifting the Latinx community within the beauty industry is reflected in Valdé‘s second annual Latinx Entrepreneur Grant. This initiative aims to improve Latino representation in beauty and provide opportunities and resources to emerging Latinx-owned beauty brands.

The grant allows beauty entrepreneurs to pitch their brands based on their mission, product offerings, community impact, and business plan. Margarita Arriagada selects three semi-finalists, presenting their brands to a panel of experienced judges.

Margarita Arriagada’s dedication to supporting the next generation of Latinx beauty entrepreneurs is not limited to this grant. She has previously mentored and assisted in establishing popular brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills and Too Faced. Margarita’s commitment to fostering representation, inclusivity, and success within her community is unwavering.
