Classic Baked Cheesecake

Recipe: Prep Time: 55 minutes - Level: Easy- Servings: 6

Ingredients:

For the Base

  • 40 grams of butter
  • 85 grams of biscuits
  • 30 grams of peeled walnuts

For the Filling

  • 600 grams of classic cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 175 grams of condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

The Base

  1. Crush the walnuts and biscuits together, then mix with the butter (at room temperature) until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Spread this mixture evenly on the bottom of a round cake pan. Chill in the refrigerator.

The Filling

  1. Beat the eggs together with the condensed milk, then add the vanilla extract and cream cheese.
  2. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Baking and Finishing

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Pour the filling into the chilled base, cover the pan with aluminum foil, and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 200°C (392°F), and bake for an additional 5 minutes to lightly brown the top.
  4. Carefully remove from the oven and let cool.
