Ingredients:
- 300 grams broccoli
- 2 carrots
- 1 spring onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 liter cooking cream
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 100 grams grated cheddar cheese
- A pinch of nutmeg
- White pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the broccoli, then cut it into small florets.
- Peel and grate the carrots, and chop the spring onion into thin slices.
