Whether you are enjoying the final days of summer at the pool or need that after work drink to unwind, spirit lovers everywhere can take this opportunity to toast the holiday from the comfort of your own home with these exquisite drink recipes shared with HOLA!.

The Mamacita

Ingredients:

- Candela Mamajuana

- Grapefruit soda

Method:

Start with 2 oz Candela Mamajuana, and top with grapefruit soda (we like Fever Tree or Q Mixers). Enjoy chilled over ice.

Guava-Colada

Ingredients:

- 1.5 oz Santa Teresa 1796

- .75 oz Lime Juice

-.75 oz Monin Guava Syrup

-.75 oz Coco Lopez Coconut Cream

- Cinnamon stick- lime wheel for garnish

Method:

Combine all in tin. Add ice. Shake. Strain.

Mijita (The Mojito’s sexy Dominican cousin)

Ingredients:

- 3oz Candela Mamajuana

- 1/2 tbsp Sugar

- 1 tbsp Passionfruit purée

- 5 Fresh mint leaves

- Soda water

Method:

Muddle the sugar, passionfruit purée, and mint leaves in a glass. Add Candela Mamajuana. Fill the glass with ice. Top with soda water. Enjoy!

Zacapa Sour

Ingredients:

-1.5 oz Zacapa 23 Centenario

-0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

-0.75 oz Simple Syrup

-Edible Flowers

Method:

Combine all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with edible flowers.

Spicy Mango Daiquiri

Ingredients:

- 1.5 oz Santa Teresa 1796

- 1 oz Lime Juice

- .5 oz Monin Mango Syrup

- 1-2 dash Scrappy’s Hellfire Bitters

- lime wheel

Method:

Combine all in tin. Add ice. Shake. Fine strain in chilled glass. Garnish with a Tajin rim & lime wheel.

Beach Side Chiller

Ingredients:

-1.5 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum

-0.5 oz Captain Morgan White Coconut Rum

-4 oz Pineapple Juice

-1 oz Cream of Coconut

-1 oz Orange Juice

-Pineapple Leaves

Method:

Mix together Captain Morgan original spiced rum, Captain Morgan white Coconut rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and orange juice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.

Zacapa Daiquiri

Ingredients:

-1.5 oz Zacapa 23 Centenario Rum

-1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

-0.5 oz Simple Syrup

-Lime wheel

Method:

Combine all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Captain White Mojito

Ingredients:

-1.5oz Captain Morgan White Rum

-0.5 oz Simple Syrup

-6 Mint Leaves

-Half Lime, Sliced

-1 oz Club Soda

Method:

Muddle limes and mint, Captain Morgan White Rum, and simple syrup together. Add ice and top with club soda. Garnish with mint and lime.

Spicy Mama

Ingredients:

- 3 ounces Candela Mamajuana

- 2 ounces fresh lemon juice

- 1 ounce jalapeño syrup

Method:

Mix, shake well, serve, garnish and enjoy!

Diez on the Rocks

Ingredients:

-2 Parts BACARDÍ Gran Reserva Diez

Method:

In an old-fashioned glass, pour BACARDÍ Diez over ice. Serve. No garnish.

Santa Teresa 1796 Manhattan

Ingredients:

-2 oz Dark, Santa Teresa 1796

-1 oz Martini Rosso

-3 Dashes Angostura

Method:

Build all of the ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir 30-40 seconds. Pour over a martini glass. Garnish with a citrus slice or brandied cherries.

Cuatro Presidente

Ingredients:

-1.5 parts BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro

-0.75 parts Martini & Rossi Rosso Vermouth

-0.25 Parts Dry Curacao

-2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Method:

Stir all of the ingredients with plenty of ice until cold, then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel.

Ocho Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

-2 Parts BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho

-0.25 parts simple syrup

-2 Dashes Angostura® bitters

Method:

Add all of the ingredients into a rocks glass, fill with ice and stir until well mixed and very cold. Garnish with orange peel.

XO Coco Hill

Ingredients:

-2 oz Mount Gay Rum XO

-1 Coconut Water Ice Cube

Method:

Place the coconut water ice cube in an old fashioned glass. Pour XO over ice cube and enjoy.

Grand Colada

Ingredients:

-0.75 Part Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge

-1.5 Parts Appleton Estate 8 Year Old Jamaica Rum

-1 Part Coconut Cream

-1.5 Parts Fresh Pineapple Juice

-0.5 Part Fresh Lime Juice

-Orange Wedges and Pineapple Spear

Method:

Add all of the ingredients to a blender with ice. Blend and serve in a hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple spear and orange wedge.
