Casa Paloma
Ingredients:
-2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
-.75 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
-.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
-.25 oz. Agave Nectar
-Grapefruit Soda (Suggested San Pellegrino Grapefruit Soda)
-Half-Moon Grapefruit Slice
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients into a shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice, top off with grapefruit soda and garnish with a half-moon grapefruit slice.
Mexican Negroni
Ingredients:
- 1oz Volcán De Mi Tierra Tequila Blanco
- 1oz mL Campari
- 1oz mL sweet vermouth
Method:
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice into the mixing glass. Stir until chilled. Fill rocks glass with ice. Strain the liquid into the glass. Strain the liquid into the glass using a julep strainer. Garnish with an orange or pink grapefruit wedge
Austin Cocktails Perfect Bergamot Orange Margarita
Ingredients:
-Austin Cocktails Perfect Bergamot Orange Margarita
-Ice
-Lime
Method:
Shake your Austin Cocktails Perfect Bergamot Orange Margarita, pour over ice, and garnish with lime.
Grand Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1 part Grand Marnier® Cordon Rouge
- 1 part Tequila
- .5 part Fresh Lime Juice
- Ice cubes - Lime Garnish
Method:
Fill a wide, shallow dish with 2-3 mm of fine salt. Cut a lime in half at the width and rub around half of the rim of a margarita glass. Cut a thin, crosswise slice from one of the lime halves for garnish. Holding glass upside down, dip wet half delicately into the salt. Shake Grand Marnier, tequila and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into glass and apply lime garnish to the rim.
The Manzarita
Ingredients:
-2 Parts Tequila Blanco
-¾ Part St-Germain French Elderflower Liqueur
-1 ½ Parts Pressed Apple Juice
-Dash of Ground Cinnamon
-3-4 Wedges Fresh Lemon
-Apple Slices
Method:
Muddle lemon wedges and cinnamon in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with an apple slice, or a cinnamon stick.
Tanteo Tequila Sweet Heat Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz. Agave Nectar
- 4-5 Muddled Raspberries
Method:
Muddle raspberries and combine other ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and double strain into an ice-filled Rocks Glass. Garnish with a raspberry skewer.
Casa Mint Lemonade
Ingredients:
-2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
-.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
-.5 oz. Simple Syrup
-8-10 Mint Leaves
-Lemon Wheel
-Mint Sprig
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients, except lemonade, into a tin shaker. Muddle mint and add ice. Shake vigorously, then fine strain into a collins glass. Add fresh ice. Top off with lemonade and garnish with the lemon wheel inside of the glass and tuck the mint sprig behind the lemon wheel.
Mangoneada
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Tequila CAZADORES Blanco
- 1 oz. Mango Juice or Puree
- 1 oz. Lime Juice - ½ oz.
- Agave Nectar
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice, shake and serve over ice in a rocks glass with a Tajin and chamoy rim.
Blood Orange Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Corralejo Tequila Reposado
- 2 oz. Blood Orange Juice - Fresh Squeezed
- 1⁄2 oz. Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 oz. Agave Nectar
Method:
Combine ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a rock’s glass. Garnish with a blood orange wheel. Salt rim.
Cutwater Spirits Oaxaca Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Cutwater Reposado tequila
- .5oz Cutwater Mezcal
- .25oz agave syrup
- 1 dash angostura bitters
Method:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange zest.
Cincoro Margarita
Ingredients:
-2 oz Cincoro Blanco Tequila
-1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
-¾ oz Cointreau
-¼ oz Agave Nectar
-Lime Wheel
Method:
Shake all of the ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in a Double Old-Fashioned glass. Garnish with the lime wheel.
Los Arango La Reina
Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 oz. Los Arango Blanco Tequila
- 4 Dashes Pink Peppercorn Tincture
- 1⁄4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Drops Rose Water
- 3⁄4 oz. Dry Rosé
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well. Rim a Nick n Nora glass with cracked pink/black peppercorn salt. Hawthorne and fine strain the cocktail into your prepped glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and salt cracked pink and peppercorn rim.
The Pastinaca
Ingredients:
-1 Part Tequila - Silver
-½ Part Mezcal
-1 Part St-Germain French Elderflower Liqueur
-½ Part Lime Juice
-¾ Part Grapefruit Juice Cayenne Pepper (rim)
-Salt (rim)
-Chili Powder (rim)
Method:
Shake all of the ingredients with ice and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass (chili salt rim optional). Garnish with a lime wedge.
Pepinos Pistol
Ingredients:
-45 ml Patron Silver
-15 ml Grey Goose La Poire
-30 ml Apple Juice
-15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
-15 ml Simple Syrup
-Cucumber Slice
Method:
Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Ingredients:
-1.5 oz Tequila
-1.0 oz Organic Mango Jalapeno Mixer
-3.0 oz Volley Zesty Lime Spiked Seltzer
-Lime Wheel
Method:
Add tequila and Organic Mango Jalapeno Mixer to a shaker. Add ice and shake well. Pour into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top off with Volley Zesty Lime Spiked Seltzer and stir once to mix. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Casa Aperol Spritz
Ingredients:
-1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
-1 oz. Aperol
-2 oz. Chilled Prosecco
-2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
-2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
-Club Soda
-Cara Cara Orange Wheel
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients, except chilled Prosecco and club soda, directly into a white wine glass. Add ice into the wine glass, then top off with chilled Prosecco and splash with club soda. Garnish with the orange wheel.
PATRÓN Añejo Highball
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Patrón Añejo
- 5 oz Club soda
- Orange twist
Method:
Fill a highball or collins glass with ice, the clearest and coldest available. Add Patrón Añejo and club soda, stir gently from the bottom up. Garnish with an expressed peel of orange.
Cutwater Spirits Rayador Tequila Watermelon Margarita
Ingredients:
-2 oz Cutwater Rayador Tequila Blanco
-1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
-1/2 oz Agave Syrup
-1/2 oz Watermelon Juice
*Optional Dash of Spicy Bitters
Method:
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake until cold and strain over fresh ice in a Tajin rimmed glass. Garnish with a watermelon slice.
