BACARDÍ Zombie
Ingredients:
-2 parts BACARDÍ Superior Rum
-1 1/3 parts BACARDÍ Black Rum
-1 part Triple Sec
-2 parts Sweet & Sour mix
-2 parts Orange juice
-1 part Grenadine
-Garnish: Fresh fruit
Method:
Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker full of ice and shake vigorously. Strain and pour into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh fruit.
Casa Teal Candy Martini
Ingredients:
-2 oz Casamigos Blanco Tequila
-1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
-1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
-.5 oz Blue Curacao by Kavlana
-.25 oz Simple Syrup
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Add 2 butterfly pea ice cubes and garnish.
To create Butterfly Pea Ice Cubes / Makes 1L
Bring 4.5 cups of water to a boil in a medium sized pot. Then put on simmer, add ½ cup of dried butterfly pea leaves and let steep for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, fine strain contents into another medium sized pot, pressing down on the leaves to extract all of the liquid and let cool. Once cool, pour into a glass container with lid and store in refrigerator. Good for 2 to 3 weeks.
Broken Bones
Ingredients:
-2 oz Broken Shed Vodka
-½ oz Lime Juice
-½ oz Simple Syrup
-1½ oz Pomegranate Juice
Method:
Shake all of the ingredients in a shaker and double strain into a glass goblet.
Margarita Monster
Ingredients:
-1 ½ parts PATRÓN Silver
-1 part Melon Liqueur
-¾ parts Fresh squeeze Lime Juice
-Simple Syrup (to taste / optional)
-Garnish: Watermelon Balls
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill. Strain on fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with watermelon balls.
Garibaldier
Ingredients:
-1.25 parts Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
-.25 part Fresh Lemon Juice
-.75 part Campari
-2. 5 parts Fresh Orange Juice
-1 Orange, Thinly Sliced
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a punch bowl or mixing tin. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with orange slice.
Rebellious Red Sangria
Ingredients:
-1 Bottle of Apothic Red
-1/4 Cup Brandy
-Choice of Lemon Lime Soda or Ginger Ale/Beer
-5 Blood Oranges and Plums, sliced 1 Pomegranate, seeded
Method:
Mix all of the ingredients in a large pitcher. Stir, then pour over ice.
Smoky Halloween Colada
Ingredients:
-2 oz Casamigos Mezcal
-.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
-.75 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
-.75 oz Coconut Puree by REAL
-.25 oz Ginger Syrup by Liber & Co.
-.5 oz Grenadine
-½ Thick Rim Equal Parts Sugar/Black Lava Salt
Method:
Wet half of the glass rim with a lime wedge or wheel and dip into the sugar/black lava salt mixture. Pour .5 oz grenadine directly into a clear Tiki or hurricane glass. Combine the rest of the ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a clear Tiki glass or hurricane glass. Add pebble ice, and fill to the top creating a dome like top, then garnish.

Ingredients:

Method:
Add all of the ingredients to a glass and stir. Express oil of an orange peel and discard.
Pumpkin Spice Montaukila Margarita
Ingredients:
-2 oz Montaukila Anejo
-2 oz Triple Sec
-1/4 Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
-1 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
-3 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
-Ice
Method:
Add the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain and pour in a glass, and enjoy!
Red Dragon
Ingredients:
-60 ml Don Papa 10
-22 ml Red Dragon Fruit
-22 ml Lime
-15 ml Simple Syrup
-Garnish: Lime Wedge
Method:
Place all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
Diabolique
Ingredients:
-1.5 oz Grey Goose Le Citron vodka
-1/3 oz Cointreau
-1/3 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
-.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
-.5 oz Crème de Mure Blackberry Liqueur
-Garnish: Fresh Mint
Method:
Build all of the ingredients apart from the Crème de Mure in a mixing glass. Top with cubed ice and shake. Fine strain into a highball glass, then add a cap of crushed ice. Drizzle with Crème de Mure and garnish with fresh mint.
PSM (Pumpkin Spice Marg)
Ingredients:
-1 oz Cointreau
-2 oz Tequila
-.75 oz Lime
-2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
-1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
-1 tbsp Honey
-Garnish: Apple Slices and Cinnamon Stick
Method:
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker, then add ice and shake. Fine strain over ice into a glass. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
Cincoro’s Spiced Old Fashioned with Reposado
Ingredients:
-2 oz Cincoro Reposado
-½ oz Spiced Syrup*
-2 Dashes Orange Bitters
-Orange Twist
Method:
Build all of the ingredients in a mixing glass. Then add ice, stir briskly and strain into an iced filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
*For Spiced Syrup Recipe
In a small saucepan, add the following ingredients: 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 1 Cup Water, 4 Cinnamon Sticks, 4-5 Cloves, and 1 Vanilla Bean Pod. Bring all of the ingredients to a boil in a covered saucepan. Let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes and allow syrup to cool for 1 hour.
Pomegranate Paloma
Ingredients:
-1 ½ oz Tequila Cazadores® Blanco or Tequila Cazadores® Reposado (pending preference)
-½ oz St Germain®
-2 oz Pomegranate Juice
-Top with Grapefruit Soda

The Jack-O-Lantern
Ingredients:
-2 oz. D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
-1.5 oz Orange Juice

-Orange and Green Sprinkles and Cinnamon for Garnish
Method:
Place all of the ingredients (except the garnish) into a cocktail shaker and shake. Rim the tumbler or rocks glass with festive sprinkles. Pour over ice and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon.
Palomakin
Ingredients:
-2 oz El Sativo Blanco
-1/2 oz Fresh Lemon
-3/4 oz Pumpkin Spice Agave Syrup*
-3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
-Pinch of Cayenne
-Dried Pineapple Flower
Method:
Add El Sativo, Lemon, PSAS and pineapple to a shaker tin. Ice, shake and fine strain over one large rock. Garnish with a pinch of cayenne and a dried pineapple flower.
*For Pumpkin Spice Agave Syrup
You will need, 1½ Cups Water, 1 Cup Light Agave, ½ Cup Dark Brown Sugar, 4 Cinnamon Sticks (or 1 tsp cinnamon, or a combination thereof), ½ tsp Fresh Ginger Juice, ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg, ½ tsp Ground Cloves and ¼ Cup Canned Pumpkin. Combine the water and both agave and brown sugar in a saucepot and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then reduce the heat to low. Add the cinnamon sticks, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and pumpkin, and whisk vigorously to combine. Let simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not let it come to a boil. Turn off the heat and let cool for 10 to 20 minutes on the stove. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Makes 2 cups.

Ingredients:
-1 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin

Method:
Rinse your chilled coupe or martini glass with some absinthe. Shake all of the ingredients together and strain into your rinsed coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf

Method:

Bloody Dutch Sour
Ingredients:
-1 oz. Ketel One® Vodka
-.5 oz. Aperol
-.5 oz. Lillet Blanc
-.5 oz. Blood Orange Reduction Simple Syrup
-.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
-Egg White
-Garnish: Fresh Thyme Sprig
Method:
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Dry shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake well again. Double fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig.
*For Blood Orange Reduction Simple Syrup
Zest and juice 4 blood oranges. Combine and bring to a low boil, reduce heat and add 1 cup water and 1 cup white sugar. Stir and remove from heat. Cool and double fine strain.
Sugar Skull Punch
Ingredients:

Method:

Method:
Combine Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka, almond milk and Smirnoff Ice Zero Sugar Original in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Pour into a frosted glass.
The BON V!V Fall For You
Ingredients:
-1 oz Vodka
-2 oz Mulled Cider Syrup* ( Fresh Cider, w/ Maple, Cinnamon, Spices)
-1 Can BON V!V Pear Elderflower Spiked Seltzer
-Pear Slice Garnish
-Fresh Sage Leaf Garnish
Method:
Roll lip of chilled glass in maple and dip in cinnamon sugar, fill glass with large ice cube, pour vodka, cider syrup, and top with BON V!V Pear Elderflower. Garnish with a pear slice and sage.
*For Mulled Cider Syrup
In a small saucepan combine 2 cups of apple cider, 2 tbsp of mulling spices OR 1 tbsp maple (or can omit), 3 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp whole clove, 1 tsp whole allspice. Bring up to a boil and simmer over low for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and allow it cool to room temperature. Strain and discard solids and funnel into a clean jar or bottle. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
-1.5 oz / 50 ml Belvedere Vodka
-4 oz / 125 ml Tomato Juice
-1/4 part Worcestershire Sauce
-1/4 part Lemon Juice
-2 Dashes Hot Sauce
-1 tsp Horseradish
-1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
-1 Pinch of Salt
-1 Stick Celery
-1 Lemon Wedge
Method:
Stir all of the ingredients into a mixing glass. Pour into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with lemon wedge and celery.
Ghost Kissed Lemonade
Ingredients:
-2 oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional Plata
-1 oz Grapefruit Liqueur
-2 oz Lemon Juice
-1 oz Agave
-Pea Flower Ice Cubes
-Garnish: Pea Flowers
Method:
First, to make the pea flower ice cubes, brew pea flower tea and let cool. After making your ice cubes, add tequila, liqueur, lemon juice and agave to a tin. Shake and strain over pea flower ice cubes. Garnish with pea flowers.
