The spirits industry is a male-dominated industry (like much of the food and beverage industry), but these six woman aren’t letting that stop them from working their way to the top. From wine to tequila to rum, women are breaking into the spirits industry in a big way and our hearts are overjoyed. All these women possess the same characteristics — a crazy focused drive, perseverance and a product that they are incredibly proud of. Owned by ‘Fergie-Ferg’ and her father grower Pat Ferguson, Ferguson Crest Wine is a family-run vineyard in California. It produces a variety of red and white wines that is sure to please the palatte.
