El Día del Amor, aka Valentine’s Day, is almost here and we’re ready to celebrate! Whether you’re going out or staying in to avoid the crowds, this special day is worthy of a delightful toast with your significant other. From something that is sweet and airy to something that is more woody in flavor, the below cocktails are sure to please all. Scroll down to pick your signature cocktail (or cocktails) to ring in the big weekend.

Cooper & Thief Winter Spiced Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

- 1 oz Bourbon

- 1 oz Cognac VSOP

- ¼ oz Spiced Cooper & Thief Red Blend Wine Syrup*

Dash of Angostura Bitters Dash of Orange Bitters

Preparation:

1 - Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir to chill the cocktail, and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

*For the Cooper & Thief Red Blend Wine Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of Cooper & Thief Red Blend and 1 cup of sugar. For added spice, add in broken cinnamon sticks, all spice, star anise, and cloves. Bring to a light simmer, and gently stir to dissolve the sugar. Strain out the solid and store the syrup in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

- 1oz. Grey Goose Vanilla Vodka

- .5oz Chambord Liqueur Splash of Champagne Topped Fresh Strawberries

Preparations:

1 - In a chilled glass, pour in Grey Goose Vanilla Vodka and layer on Chambord Liqueur Splash of Champagne.

2 - Top with fresh strawberries. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

4 oz. Rose Champagne Served with a marinated Angostura Bitter Sugar Cube

Preparations:

1 - In a chilled glass, pour in rose champagne. Serve with a side of Angostura Bitter Sugar. Enjoy!

Singleton\'s Single Winter Buck cocktail

Ingredients:

- 9 oz The Singleton of Glendullan 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

- 6 oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice

- 4 ½ oz Ginger Honey Syrup

- 1 ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice Club Soda to Top Dried Blood Orange Slices for garnish

Preparation:

1 - Combine The Singleton of Glendullan 12 Year Old, fresh blood orange juice, ginger honey syrup and fresh lemon juice into a large punch bowl with ice. Stir Well.

2 - Using a ladle, serve in rocks glasses over fresh ice. Fill to top with club soda and garnish with a dried blood orange slice.

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Spiced Rum

- ½ oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice

- ½ oz Cooper & Thief Red Blend Wine Syrup*

- 3 - 4 oz Hot Water

Garnish: Blood Orange Slice

Preparation:

1 - Combine all ingredients into a glass mug and stir. Garnish with a slice of blood orange.

*For the Cooper & Thief Red Blend Wine Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of Cooper & Thief Red Blend and 1 cup of sugar. For added spice, add in broken cinnamon sticks, all spice, star anise, and cloves. Bring to a light simmer, and gently stir to dissolve the sugar. Johnnie Walker Midnight Magic Cocktail

Ingredients:

- 0.5 oz Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice

- 0.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label

- 0.25 oz Amaretto

- 0.25 oz Amaro

- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

- 1 Egg White

Garnish: Lemon Peel

Glass: Chilled Coupe

Preparation:

1 - In a small mixing tin add Egg White, Lemon Juice, Amaro, Amaretto, Johnnie Walker Black Label, and Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice in that order.

2 - Cover with large shaker tin and dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Open tin and add ice to the top of the small tin.

3 - Cover with large shaker tin and shake vigorously for 7-10 seconds. Strain over a chilled coupe.

4 - Gently squeeze a lemon peel making sure the skin of the lemon peel is facing towards and atop the cocktail so as to express the zest over the cocktail and insert the expressed lemon peel. Enjoy!

Belvedere Decanter cocktail

Ingredients:

- 1.5 oz / 40 ml Belvedere Vodka

- 0.5 oz / 10 ml Tawny Port

- 0.25 oz / 5 ml Dry Vermouth Pinch Caraway Seeds

- 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Preparations:

1 - Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

2 - Zest lemon oils on drink and discard peels.

Belvedere LUXURY cocktail

Ingredients:

- 2 oz / 60 ml Belvedere Vodka

- 0.5 oz / 20 ml Dry Vermouth

- 2 Dash Chocolate Bitters

Preparations:

1 - Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and strain into chilled coupette.

2 - Garnish with two thin truffle slices.

Belvedere Jack Horner cocktail

Ingredients:

- 1.5 oz / 50ml Belvedere Vodka

- 3/4 oz / 20ml lemon juice

- 1/2 oz / 15ml cinnamon syrup

- 3 fresh blackberries

- Dash egg white

Preparations:

1 - Gently muddle blackberries in the base a shaker with cinnamon syrup.

2 - Combine remaining ingredients and dry shake to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake vigorously.

3 - Fine strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with grated cinnamon.
