Doja Cat covered in 30,000 Swarovski crystals and more extravagant looks at Schiaparelli’s fashion show
A lion, a snow leopard, and a wolf were part of the extravagant designs of Daniel Roseberry for Schiaparelli, including the faux animals into the collection.
From Doja Cat’s show-stopping look at the Schiaparelli Haute Couture show in Paris, which took almost five hours to complete, to Kylie Jenner’s controversial ensemble featuring a faux lion head, the exclusive fashion event was a total success and created major buzz online, as it was inspired by Dante’s ‘Inferno,’ with designs from Daniel Roseberry.
Doja Cat had all eyes on her at the Schiaparelli Haute Couture show during Paris Fashion Week on Monday. The 27-year-old singer was unrecognizable, arriving at the exclusive event covered in over 30,000 red Swarovski crystals, carefully applied for Schiaparelli’s show, which was inspired by Dante’s ‘Inferno.’
The acclaimed rapper sat front row next to Kylie Jenner, who caused major controversy for wearing a lion head dress, created from “hand sculpted foam, wool and silk faux fur, and hand painted to look as life-like as possible, celebrating the glory of the natural world.”

Doja’s look was created with the help of talented makeup artist Pat McGrath and it took 4 hours to put together. “It was an honour to collaborate with Doja Cat on ‘Doja’s Inferno’ look for Schiaparelli’s FW23 collection. Doja’s commitment during the 4 hours it took to create the look, covered in 30,000 Swarovski Crystals, was inspiring. The final product was a magical masterpiece,” Pat wrote.
“Nothing is as it appears to be in Schiaparelli’s Inferno Couture,” the brand wrote on social media, posting a video of Kylie’s look, as part of the collection, stating that “NO ANIMALS WERE HARMED IN MAKING THIS LOOK.”
