After taking the international modeling scene by storm, sisters Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid have both become trendsetters, with both their Fashion Week runway outfits and their off-duty supermodel looks attracting attention. And like all of our clothing choices, it reveals their personal tastes and their individual takes on fashion trends that they often have the privilege of wearing before anyone else.
Not so surprisingly given their closeness, many of the pieces the models choose for their day-to-day outfits may look similar. But, if you look a little closer, you’ll notice they hardly ever style their looks in the same way.
Don’t believe us? We took a look at how the stunning sisters rocked five hot 2020 fashion trends : the oversized blazer + jeans combo, bike shorts, nude hues, baguette purses and pantsuits – and guess what? Gigi and Bella style them completely differently. Gigi leans toward more masculine cuts and street-smart cool girl vibes, while baby sister Bella is all about girly pinks and neutrals and high octane sex appeal. Here’s our spotlight on the Hadid sisters’ differing styles...
BLAZER AND JEANS: GIGI
Blazers are a key piece in mid-season fashion, and wearing them with blue jeans, a baseball hat and boots is just as urban as it is sophisticated. Gigi Hadid prefers the classic look: a traditional plaid jacket, such as tartan, along with straight leg jeans.
BLAZER AND JEANS: BELLA
The idea is the same: blazer, blue jeans, baseball hat and boots, but Bella Hadid balances out what could be more of a rebellious look – her jeans tucked into chunky-soled Prada combat boots – with her signature pink, this time in a pink shirt and jacket from Viviene Westwood.
BIKE SHORTS: GIGI
Gigi styles her black 90s style biker shorts in a way that’s comfy and urban, pairing them with two contemporary wardrobe classics: a washed denim jacket and a white tee, adding Birkenstock sandals with socks. She proves that you only need one trendy piece to update a closet that is stocked with versatile basics.
BIKE SHORTS: BELLA
The younger of the two sisters ups the hot girl ante with her bike shorts, choosing them in a nude hue with a matching crop top that shows off her abs. Its a summer airport look that she finishes off with a color block Diesel jacket.
RED CARPET NUDE HUES: BELLA
Meanwhile, Bella went with a more revealing design wearing this look by Charlotte Knowles that hugged her figure and showed off some skin.

Mom Yolanda Hadid
did what every mama did when her girls were little - coordinated their outfits. Now, even if they don’t dress the same, they sometimes coincide at events with looks that spark a resemblance! At the MTV Video Music Awards Gigi rocked a sexy a

ensemble consisting of a nude corset, champagne-colored straight leg pants and chain necklaces that complemented her complexion and rose gold makeup. Who says you need to wear a dress to sizzle on the red carpet?
BAGUETTE PURSE: GIGI
Nothing tells us more about a person’s style than their day-to-day wardrobe choices. Gigi tends to lean toward vintage trends and practicality, carrying her 90s style baguette purse along with a low-key look: a simple t-shirt tucked into cut off jeans shorts.
BAGUETTE PURSE: BELLA
Faithful to her sexy style, Bella also carried a baguette handbag, but teamed the purse instead with a bright V-neck crop top, super short mini skirt and strappy sandals.
PANTSUIT: GIGI
The pantsuit trend couldn’t be avoided by the Hadid sisters, and since the style has been revamped in so many variations, each one picked the version that goes best with their own style. Gigi opted for the oversized option in an earth tone, with wide leg pants and avant-garde flare.
PANTS SUIT: BELLA
Bella likes executive style too, but in line with her more body-conscious style, wears a more closely-tailored suit with slim cut trousers in a ladylike powder pink tone.
It seems that
Gigi prefers pieces and styles that are more classic, vintage, covered-up and structured. Bella, on the other hand, likes more revealing outfits with suggestive details and feminine hues. Which one do you identify with more?
