Bride Hard is remixing some of our favorite genres. The action-comedy film appears to be the perfect blend of a raunchy comedy with an action movie, starring Rebel Wilson as a secret spy who must defend her best friend's wedding when things go off the rails.

Starring an ensemble cast that includes Miami-native Gigi Zumbado, "Pitch Perfect" star Anna Camp, Da'Vine Randolph, Anna Chlumsky, and more, "Bride Hard" has just shared its first official trailer.

The film follows Sam (Wilson), a talented agent but a pretty lousy best friend and maid of honor. "After blowing off bridal duties for an international spy mission, she’s demoted to bridesmaid at her childhood best friend’s wedding," reads the official synopsis.

"What should’ve been a weekend of reconnecting and celebration turns into a five-star death trap when armed mercenaries crash the big day. Sam’s the only one who can save the bride, and hopefully earn back the trust she lost along the way. Dodging bullets and trying not to ruin the floral arrangements, Sam takes on the ultimate wedding crasher, realizing that sometimes the toughest mission isn’t taking down the bad guys, but showing up for the people who matter."

More details for 'Bride Hard'

"Bride Hard" is directed by Simon West and premieres in theaters this June 20th. The film is a special one for Wilson and Camp, who first met on the set of "Pitch Perfect" and worked on its sequels together.

"We don't have to try because we're always just laughing and having fun. She always makes me laugh. She's so bubbly," said Wilson in an interview with PEOPLE.

Wilson also revealed that the stunts ended up taking a toll on her, resulting in a trip to the hospital where she had to get her nose stitched up. "As we were shooting, I was like, wow, I have gotten away with — I haven't really had any injuries, apart from a bit of muscle soreness. Then on the very last night a gun was accidentally whacked across my face. At 3 a.m. in the morning, shooting the last scene," she said.

While it was inconvenient, Wilson is proud that the injury brings her closer to other cool action stars. "At least, I was like I now share something with Tom Cruise and Daniel Craig getting injured in an action movie," she joked.
