Lady Gaga and Jenna Ortega shared time on set while filming the highly anticipated season 2 of Netflix's popular series 'Wednesday.' The singer and the actress had "an amazing time" together, as revealed by Gaga herself during a recent interview, where she talked about her upcoming album 'Mayhem.'
The singer, who recently made headlines after it was revealed that she would be performing in Mexico City on the same day as Katy Perry, causing fans to resell their tickets, talked to Entertainment Tonight about her new era and shared a glimpse at what fans can expect for the new season of the show.
“I don’t want to give away anything about being part of the show," the singer said, referring to previous reports about her role in the series, which were later confirmed. However, her character and involvement in the storyline are still under wraps.
"I want to keep it extra secret," she added, mentioning her relationship with the actress after spending time with her. "I love Jenna, and I really had an amazing time!" Gaga revealed.
This is not the first time the pair praised each other's artistry, as Jenna previously told Variety that she wanted Gaga to be on the show. "I'm sure Netflix would love that," she said.
"I think Mrs. Thornhill and Wednesday had this weird mentor relationship or kind of understood each other in a certain way, so, if Lady Gaga were to be a part, I think it would have to be two monsters that understand each other."
It's no surprise that Gaga will appear in the series, as she was unexpectedly involved in the viral 'Bloody Mary' moment, when the 2011 song was used as an edit for a popular dancing scene of the show, making the track climb to the charts at the end of 2022 after 12 years of the album release.
