Heidi Klum is making a comeback! The popular model and media personality seems to be ready for a new life chapter after finishing the latest season of 'America's Got Talent.' After filming 16 seasons of Runway Show, Heidi decided to take a step back in 2018.
As reported by People, Heidi is coming back to the fan-favorite show for a new season. And while more details have yet to be revealed, this would be her first season back after 8 years. Debuting this year, Season 21 is set to feature 10 episodes aired weekly, but the judges and premiere date are still under wraps.
Heidi hosted the show from 2004 to 2017 and won an Emmy Award in 2013 with her co-host and longtime friend Tim Gunn. The hosts were nominated nine times for the impact and popularity of the reality competition series.
The pair exited the show after the 2017 season to appear in a new show at the time titled 'Making the Cut.' "We love our baby and we wish our baby good luck. But now we’re ready to pop out a new one,” Heidi said at the Creative Arts Emmy Award. After Heidi left the show, Karlie Kloss and Christian Siriano served as hosts.
“After 16 incredible seasons, I am saying ‘Auf Wiedersehen’ to Project Runway, a show that I was honored to host and help create. I am incredibly proud of the show, and it will always have a special place in my heart. I am so appreciative of the dedicated fans, and most of all, I am grateful that we could shine a light on creativity and help launch so many talented designers’ careers," Heidi said in a statement in 2018.
