Latin artists performing at Lollapalooza: Karol G, Jessie Reyez and more

Karol G will be making history as the first female Latin artist to headline Lollapalooza, following her incredible performance at Coachella last year. The Colombian star has reached success with her latest album ‘Mañana Será Bonito’ and is set to start her new U.S. Stadium Tour.

Jessie Reyez has positioned herself as one of the most talented singers and songwriters. The Canadian-Colombian artist sings in both Spanish and English, as she grew up with diverse music influences, including Cumbia. She is currently on tour with her longtime collaborator Sam Smith following the release of her album ‘YESSIE’ and her new music video ‘STILL C U.’

Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Ari Abdul has forged her own brand of alternative pop. The talented singer is passionate about music from a young age, influenced by her Ecuadorian mom who loved Latin music, and her Costa Rican/ Palestinian father, who introduced her to classic rock. She is set to hit the road on her first ever tour, titled HELLGIRL, in September.

When it comes to her love for music, Isabel LaRosa credits her parents and her heritage. Playing music at local Annapolis jazz jams and open mic nights. She was raised with “a steady diet of classic rock and salsa,” describing her mom as “a true Cuban.” LaRosa signed to RCA Records in 2021 and released her debut EP, I’m Watching You, in 2022, releasing her 2022 single I’m Yours, which quickly went viral.

Jean Dawson continues his path to success as a proud Afro-Mexican artist. Influenced by rock, rap and Latin music, Dawson created his own style inspired by some legendary artists such as Nirvana, Mike Jones, Beach Fossils, Kanye West, The Smiths, Outkast, 50 Cent and more. His latest album catapulted him as it debuted in the top 10 for both Spotify and Apple, with his fans eagerly awaiting his upcoming release with SZA.

Half Asian and half Latinx. Two sisters, a cousin, and their close friend. The Linda Lindas channel the spirit of original punk, power pop, and new wave through today’s ears, eyes, and minds. The all-girl group, Bela Salazar, Eloise Wong, and Lucia and Mila de la Garza, recently brought their unique sound as the opening act for Paramore.

Junior Mesa brings his unique Alternative/Indie sound to Lollapalooza. With some incredible influences by iconic artists such as Ella Fitzgerald and Jimi Hendrix, the young singer continues to be authentic to himself, as a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, following the release of his latest EP ‘Quit Your Job, Runaway!’

Argentine break-out band Usted Señalemelo is one of the leaders of Argentine rock’s new generation. Their performance at Lollapalooza follows the released of their new album ‘TRIPOLAR,’ an homage to the legendary history of Latin American rock.

Ivan Cornejo is making his name as a talented singer and songwriter in Mexican-American regional Mexican music. The young artist taught himself how to play the guitar and his sound was influenced by alternative rock music as well as popular Mexican music. Cornejo is currently on tour following the release of his latest single ‘Aquí te espero.’

From Fort Wayne, Indiana, the talented Mexican trio ‘Los Aptos’ has just released their highly anticipated album ‘Descifrar’ and their music collaboration with DannyLux ‘Tu Me Llevas a Un Espacio.’

Lesly Reynaga brings her unique mariachi-inspired sound to Lollapalooza 2023. Her unique sound borrows from mariachi traditions and blends them with modern rhythmic percussion in a bright, mesmerizing, volcanic burst of passion.
