The upcoming Super Mario Bros. movie is getting fans excited, and while many fans are speculating about the new storyline and portrayal of the popular characters, including Chris Pratt’s voice as Mario, many others have wondered about how a live-action film would look like with a star-studded cast.

New AI images created by Hearts Land have answered some of those questions, with the top pick to play the iconic Italian plumber being Oscar Isaac.

This AI generated image shows what Oscar Isaac would look like if he was playing Mario. However other actors included in the fan casting are Pedro Pascal, Chris Pratt, Jake Johnson and Jack Black.

The AI generator surprised fans with Rosalina, modeling the character after Emma Stone and keeping her iconic red hair for the role, instead of her usual blonde hair.

Princess Peach would be played by Reese Witherspoon in the fan casting, wearing a pale pink dress in the AI images. Margot Robbie, Amy Poehler and Felicity Jones are among the top picks for the role.

When it comes to Mario’s partner-in-crime Luigi, fans chose Paul Rudd, who can rock an incredible mustache. Other actors considered for the role were Jake Gyllenhaal, James Franco and Adam Driver.

Princess Daisy would be played by Emma Watson, who already wore a similar yellow dress in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Other actress considered in the fan casting were Blake Lively and Elizabeth Banks.

Tom Holland seems to be the perfect choice to play Toad, with the images offering a different take on the character.
