With 2020 being a year like no other, the 21st Annual Latin Grammy Awards will be hosted remotely on Thursday, November 19 (8 pm ET, 7 pm CT), broadcast on Univision, and anchored from Miami.

The Mexican actress,  Yalitza Aparicio  will be the host at the Latin Grammys, and with this she adds another significant recognition to her career.  Ana Brenda Contreras  and  Carlos Rivera  will be hosting the event as well. Aparicio shared the news in the same way from her social networks, expressing her happiness for being part of the 21st ceremony as a host, in addition to sharing an anecdote. “When the news reached me, someone told me: It is the result of your effort, and remember, you also learn, so calm down,” she posted to her Instagram account.

The Latin Grammy Premiere, where most of the awards are given, will be held the same day before the broadcast. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year there will be NO red carpet or live audience.

The theme this year is “Music humanizes us”.
