Ricky Martin might be a global pop icon, but when it comes to dad duties, he's all in, and the internet can't get enough. The 53-year-old singer recently gave fans a rare, heartwarming peek into his everyday life by sharing a photo of himself taking his youngest son, Renn, to school.

Despite his superstar schedule, Ricky is every bit the hands-on parent. He has four kids: teenage twins Matteo and Valentino, and two younger children, Lucía and Renn, whom he co-parents with his ex-husband, artist Jwan Yosef.

School Runs and Selfies

The pop legend posted the candid selfie on Instagram Stories, rocking a cozy gray hoodie. In the backseat? Five-year-old Renn buckled into his car seat, fully focused on a tablet with a bright green case, and decked out in a green camo outfit and blue sneakers. It's giving "kindergarten cool."

Ricky captioned the photo, "It's school time baby," followed by #MorningMadness—because even Grammy winners aren't immune to the morning rush chaos.

While it's unclear exactly what grade Renn is in, he seems to still be in pre-K or kindergarten, while Lucía may have started elementary school. Either way, Ricky's showing up and doing the school drop-offs like a total pro.

Ricky Martin's Ongoing Parenting Highlights

This isn't a one-off parenting flex either. Just this past February, Ricky made another appearance at his daughter Lucía's school, joining her class for a read-aloud session. He read from "In My Heart: A Book of Feelings by Jo Witek." The moment was captured in a sweet classroom photo showing Lucía in her school uniform, paper crown and all, celebrating her sixth birthday while her famous dad read to her classmates.

And the parenting content keeps coming: a few days ago, Ricky posted more Instagram Stories from a family trip to the zoo with Lucía and Renn. He looked like the most excited of the bunch in full dad mode, clearly living his best zookeeper fantasy.

Teenagers and Tokyo

But it's not just the little ones who get his attention. Ricky's teenage twins, Matteo and Valentino, who turn 17 this August, are also key players in his parenting life. The trio often embarks on globe-trotting adventures together, including a memorable trip to Japan last year. They explored everything from the bustling neighborhoods of Tokyo to the majestic views of Mount Fuji. Ricky documented it all on Instagram, proving that bonding time doesn't have to slow down even when your kids are teens.

So yes, Ricky Martin may have millions of fans and a career spanning decades, but at the end of the day, he's just a dad making school runs in hoodies, reading books to first graders, and getting too excited about zoo trips. And we absolutely love to see it.
