But who hasn’t watched a friend make a questionable decision and just let it happen? The insider told the outlet the 78-year-old is staying "loyal." “For all [Billy Ray’s] faults, Elton is really loyal to Liz,” they explained.
And here’s where it gets even messier: John is also close with Miley Cyrus, Billy Ray’s daughter, who has reportedly been estranged from her dad for the last couple of years.
While Billy Ray was out here playing Easter Bunny with Liz, Miley was keeping it chill in NYC with her boyfriend Maxx Morando. The couple was spotted picking up Italian takeout, looking cute and content in their own little world.

So, looks like the "Achy Breaky" singer has the support of one of the most important people in her life.
Considering Damian’s dad passed away five years ago, Billy Ray could end up playing a meaningful role in the 23-year-old’s life—if things get serious.
