Sydney Sweeney is singing her feelings. The actress and producer was recently recorded giving it all as she sang one of Adele's most famous heartbreak anthems with a friend. The clip comes as Sweeney and her fiancé Jonathan Davino called off their engagement.
Sweeney was spotted in Key West, Florida, with some friends, as they enjoyed themselves with a night of karaoke. Last week, the group was captured at the Backyard Bar, where Sweeney took the stage and performed Adele's "Someone Like You" with a friend.
The clip, shared by TMZ, shows Sweeney and two friends singing along to the song with enthusiasm, pointing at the crowd on certain verses. She wore a tank top and high-waisted jeans, and styled her hair wavy and long.
It's unknown if Sweeney is working or traveling in Key West, but she appears to have plans to stay there for a while. In the video, she's seen chatting with the DJ. “Nah, I’m here forever,” she said. “Don’t get tired of me.”
More details about Sweeney and Davino's breakup
Sweeney and Davino appeared to have called off their engagement earlier this year, with sources claiming the split was a long time coming.
A source reported that one contributing factor to the split was Sweeney's busy schedule. "She's exactly where she wants to be. Most people would feel overwhelmed by her working schedule this year, but not Syd. She's all about working right now and very excited about all her projects," said the source to PEOPLE.
The source said that Sweeney wants to be completely focused on her career and doesn't have the bandwidth to focus on a relationship. "What did make her overwhelmed though was her relationship and her wedding. She didn't feel right about it," they continued.
"She's not ready to settle down."
