In the early hours of Tuesday, April 15, Cuban actor William Levy was arrested in Broward County, Florida. According to Las Top News, the 44-year-old was detained for alleged inappropriate behavior.
Levy was taken into custody in Weston, Florida, on charges including public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and entering a property without permission. Las Top News also shared his booking photo on Instagram, showing the actor visibly emotional by the events.
Court records from Broward indicate that he currently faces two charges: disorderly conduct related to alcohol effects and unauthorized entry into a private residence. His arrest took place on the evening of Monday, April 14, and according to Telemundo, he remains in custody at the Weston jail.
As of the moment, neither his ex-partner nor his children have commented on the situation on social media.
Notably, this marks the second legal incident for Levy in under a year. Last year, police responded to a call from his ex-partner, Elizabeth Gutiérrez, after alleging that he was heavily intoxicated and in the company of another woman at his home. Although that incident did not lead to further action, it ignited a media storm surrounding the actor and his personal life.
