The reality TV star, Khloe Kardashian, has embraced the single life since splitting from Tristan Thompson - the father of her two children - in 2021 and has been devoting herself to raising daughter True, six, and son Tatum, two. She’s now admitted any new man coming into her life will have to be “really worth it” to justify spending time with her because her life is so full as a busy mom of two.”
She told Us Weekly: “Well, I think once you go a certain time frame, it doesn’t matter anymore.”
“You’re like, ‘OK, now you have to be really worth it to break that.’ But also, I’m so focused on my kids and I know this sounds crazy, but I don’t want anyone to take me away from them. Not that I would let that happen, but I just don’t know if I want the distraction right now.”
“I still have young kids - not that I’m saying I’m gonna wait till they’re 20, but I think you’re gonna have to be really, really special for me to want to add another person in the mix that I would have to share my time with another person and my children.”
Khloe was previously married to basketball star Lamar Odom from 2009 until 2026 when the two finalized their divorce. She started dating Tristan the same year her marriage was dissolved, but she hasn’t had a significant relationship since they parted ways four years ago.
She’s remained friends with Tristan as they raise their kids together, and she recently admitted that her daughter True is convinced her parents are married - even though they aren’t even in a relationship.
Speaking on an episode of ‘The Kardashians’, she told her pal Malika Haqq: “True thinks me and Tristan are married.” “It is the right thing to do, in my opinion; get married and have kids. The only thing that bothers me about that would be, I don’t want True going through life thinking this is what a marriage is."
“That, oh, you’re married to someone, and they don’t live with you; you never have to kiss them; you don’t sleep in the same bed together.”
