It's her wellness era!

Camila Cabello's wellness glow-up involves drinking soda, but only a specific type

Camila Cabello has always been real about her struggles, whether it's mental health, body image, or just trying to feel good in her skin. But lately, she's been turning a major corner, and it's not another breakup anthem or dramatic hair change. It's her wellness era!

The girl who "grew up eating carnitas tacos" with a real soda at the swap meet (shoutout El Pulguero) is now sipping prebiotic soda.

From Fluctuating to Thriving

Camila Cabello's been open about years of battling fatigue, weight ups and downs, and mental health stuff that just wouldn't quit. "I like food," she says (relatable queen), "but I also like not feeling sh*tty."

So, instead of jumping on every wellness trend like it's the next hot single, she's been quietly (and consistently) tuning into what actually makes her feel good. The kind of good that's not just skin-deep. We're talking about gut health, mental clarity, energy levels, and the joy of not crashing at 3 p.m. daily.

Enter: The Soda Glow-Up

One of the swaps that changed the game was ditching traditional soda and reaching for prebiotic soda instead. And this isn't some random ad moment. Camila didn't just fall in love with the gut-friendly, fiber-packed soda; she invested in the brand.

"I grew up in a Latin household where nobody believed in going to the gym or baking instead of frying," she says. "Health and wellness just weren't a thing. But now I'm on a mission to find food that I can actually feel good about putting into my body."

That mission led her straight to Olipop. Camila revealed she has favorites and that Vintage Cola and Strawberry Vanilla are currently living rent-free in her fridge.

Why Gut Health Is the Moment

It turns out your gut isn't just there to digest that extra slice of pizza; it literally affects your mood, energy, and even how you deal with stress. Camila's discovery of this mind-gut connection was a big reason for changing her habits. And let's be real, who isn't intrigued by the idea that sipping on soda could support your mental health?

This type of soda is packed with plant fiber, prebiotics, and botanicals, all your gut microbiome needs to thrive. So, it helps you feel good without giving up the fun, fizzy vibes we crave.

Making Wellness More Inclusive

One of the reasons Camila is so passionate about this shift is accessibility. A lot of wellness stuff feels super exclusive, expensive, or unrealistic, but feeling better should be for everyone, not just people who live near Erewhon and can afford $17 smoothies.

As an investor, Camila is not just sipping pretty; she's helping bring better-for-you options to the mainstream. Think of it as a Latina-powered, soda-loving wellness revolution.

This isn't a total reinvention. Camila still loves her culture, her comfort food, and her chaos (we assume). But now, she's learning to enjoy it without sacrificing how she feels daily. It's not about restriction; it's about intention.

So yeah, she might still visit the taco stand, but you better believe she's washing it down with a gut-happy soda instead.
