Gisele Bündchen makes her physical health one of her priorities. The Brazilian model looks great, but her approach to fitness goes way beyond the physical, often sharing with her followers the benefits of yoga, eating healthy, meditating, and strengthening her body to lead a fuller and more positive life.
Since her move to Miami, Gisele is often photographed practicing all manner of sports: from Jiu-Jitsu with her boyfriend Joaquim Valente, to water sports to running, the model leads a life full of movement. She's also shared some of her favorite workouts with her followers, revealing that staying strong and healthy is not as complicated as we sometimes make it out to be.
Gisele's favorite core strengthening routine
In a video, Gisele shared some of her favorite movements for strengthening her core, a crucial part of fitness, allowing people to have a better posture, and the stability and balance necessary for carrying out your day-to-day life as comfortably as possible.
Gisele shared a long list of movements that target the core, with her doing the movements in the video and showing her followers how to engage their core correctly and efficiently.
"Moving my body always makes me feel so good and, as many of you have been asking me to share my exercise routine, here goes one of my favorites to strengthen the core," she wrote. "I usually do 2 or 3 sets, depending on how I am feeling. I hope you like it!"
