Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova step out with their kids after health scare

Enrique Iglesias is known for giving his all on stage, but when it comes to his personal life, he's much more private. The Spanish singer and his partner, former tennis star Anna Kournikova, are usually very reserved about family life. The couple shares three kids who are their world: Nicholas, Lucy, and Mary.

A recent photo of Anna in a wheelchair raised some concerns, but neither she nor Enrique offered any details. However, a recent outing with their children has confirmed good news for the low-key family.

Living in Miami for years, Enrique was spotted enjoying the warm weather in the famous U.S. city with Anna and their kids. The singer, his ex-tennis star partner, and their children set off on an adventure aboard a boat to sail through the clear waters of Miami’s coast.

Enrique, dressed in a long-sleeve gray T-shirt, cap, and sunglasses, took the front of the boat with his son Nicolas as his first mate. The seven-year-old, who celebrated his birthday in December alongside his twin sister Lucy, wore a black swimsuit and life jacket. Curious as ever, Nicolas watched his father’s every move while steering the boat.

The Iglesias-Kournikova family has always enjoyed occasional boat outings, and their fans have captured many candid moments over the years. Although the photos mainly show Nicolas, it's believed that Lucy and Mary were also with them on this family day out. Mary, the youngest, celebrated her fifth birthday in January.

Anna was also photographed during the outing, and her appearance brought reassuring news about her health, confirming that the injury she suffered earlier this year is behind her. The model was seen strolling around the boat deck, sporting a strapless swimsuit and her blonde hair casually tied up in a bun.

Always a tentative mom, she was by her kids’ side, showering them with affection and sweet kisses. Now and then, she walked over to Enrique to chat and share a laugh.

Anna was photographed in a wheelchair

In January 2025, Anna sparked concern when she was spotted in a wheelchair while shopping at the Bal Harbour Mall in Miami. She wore an orthopedic boot and was being pushed by a friend.

To ease the fans ' concerns, Enrique's mother, Isabel Preysler, clarified the situation. "It’s nothing serious, just a minor sprain on her foot. It’s a small injury, but we all know how painful it can be," she told ¡HOLA! Spain. Isabel had traveled to Miami to spend time with her son, Enrique, his sister Chábeli, and their grandchildren.

If anyone knows about injuries, it’s Anna, who had to retire from professional tennis at just 21 due to two significant injuries.
