More details about Woods and Trump's relationship
Over the past couple of months, Woods and Trump have been photographed attending various golf events together. While Woods is one of the world's most prominent golfers, Trump is also invested in the sport, with her daughter, Kai Trump, earning admission at the University of Miami where she'll play golf with the school's team.
According to sources, their kids played a key role in united Trump and Woods. "Their kids are going places in golf and both very disciplined about the sport. They have that in common," said a source to PEOPLE.
"Vanessa has always gone for guys who are either well known or have something big going for them," the source continued.
"She is comfortable with that, but she's not a woman who wants to be in the limelight. She is not a shrinking violet but is discreet and smart and a good mother. That has come first in her life."
She was previously married to Donald Trump Jr, with the pair sharing five children.
