Michelle Obama is sharing a glimpse at her marriage dynamic with former president and husband, Barack Obama. The author and former First Lady talked about her daily routine and mentioned her preference when it comes to taking her sleeping schedule seriously.

Michelle, who recently made a stylish special appearance in Austin, Texas, talked to Kylie Kelce on the 'Not Gonna Lie' podcast, where she candidly discussed how early she goes to bed and her husband's opinion.

"Bedtime is the best time of the day," she said on the podcast. "My husband teases me about how early I can go to bed. He doesn't understand the idea of getting into some good sheets and it is cool," she explained.

Michelle continued, "If we have got people in the house, I'm game. I'm there, I'm talking. You know, the minute we finish up, I'm trying not to go to bed before the sun goes down."

The former first lady also talked about her routine when she was raising her daughters, Malia and Sasha Obama. "The girls, they were good sleepers,' she explained on the podcast. "Bath time, seven-o-clock, bedtime 7:30."

She went on to say that she appreciates having some alone time to relax and decompress. "Then I had at least a couple of hours where nobody was asking me for anything," she detailed. Michelle told Kylie that her ideal bedtime is "anytime after dinner," to which the host responded, "That's lovely."

The presidential couple have been making headlines for recent divorce rumors, but despite the online speculation, the pair have shut down the rumors by sharing sweet online interactions, celebrating Valentine's Day with a special tribute, and sharing photos together during Michelle's birthday last year.

Michelle has also been promoting her new podcast with her brother Craig Robinson, where she discusses important mental health topics, as well as gives more insight into her family life. Meanwhile, listeners also expect Michelle to address the divorce rumors and reveal if their marriage is stable despite the ongoing speculation.
