We might see Kim Kardashian and Kanye West battling it out both in the public eye and in court. The rapper has reportedly pissed off the mother of his children after he went against their agreement and featured North West on his new track "Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine," featuring disgraced rapper, Diddy.

According to a TMZ insider, Kardashian is considering going after Kanye—who now goes by Ye—for joint legal custody of their four kids. The former couple shares North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5.

Sources told the outlet that during a mediation session on Friday, Kim and Kanye agreed North wouldn’t appear on any version of the song if it was released.

It should come as no surprise that the Skims founder was against North participating in any way—especially considering the Diddy is currently facing a slew of allegations, including some involving minors.

Ye has threatened to go to "war" with Kim in alleged text messages

Kim had powerhouse celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser by her side, while Kanye had his attorney, Patrick DeCarolis. They reportedly reached an agreement, but the rapper—who has been calling himself a Nazi—dropped the track anyway, with his 11-year-old daughter's voice included.

Before releasing the song, Kanye teased it on March 15, sharing a snippet where North raps, “When you see me shining, then you see the light. Surrounded by fake friends I don’t even like.”

Kim reportedly sent legal letters demanding a cease and desist, and the father of four responded by sharing alleged text messages between them on social media, arguing over North’s trademarked name. In the texts, he told Kim, “I’m never speaking with you again.”

The 44-year-old reality star tried to explain that she trademarked North’s name to protect her and reminded Ye that they had agreed to it. “So stop. I sent paperwork so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her. One person has to trademark! We agreed when they were born I would get all our kids’ names and trademarks. So no one else would take them,” she allegedly wrote.

Ye’s response? A threat. “Amend it, or I’m going to war. And neither of us will recover from the public fallout. You’re going to have to kill me," he wrote.

With Kanye openly disregarding their agreement, Kim is now left to decide if it’s time to take a major legal step.

To make things even messier, Kanye doubled down on X (before seemingly deactivating his account), posting, “THE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISION” on March 16.

Then, on March 17—following headlines that Kim is considering making a big move—The Shade Room uploaded videos of Ye talking to Diddy on the phone. The "Gold Digger" at one point told him he was going to "beat" the charges against him.
