Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony's twins, Emme and Max, are celebrating their birthdays. The celebrity family is sharing their love for each other during this special date, now that the twins are turning 17 and are showing their evolution while having a good relationship with the actress and the singer.
The two famous Latin music icons married in June 2004 and called it quits in 2014, divorcing after 10 years of marriage. Despite the split, the pair have done a good job at co-parenting. They welcomed the twins in 2008 and Marc has spoken about their relationship and commitment to their children in many interviews.
The pair previously explained that their goal is to spend quality time with their kids. “Seventeen. I love you beyond forever," JLo wrote on social media, celebrating the milestone of Emme and Max.
However, online users also pointed out the physical resemblance between Max and his dad. Fans also took to social media to share throwback photos of the singer, which prove that Max looks just like him when he was younger.
In 2020, the singer talked to Entertainment Tonight about the pair and shared a glimpse at their personalities. "Max is a very quiet, introspective soul, and Emme is a lot like her mom, a performer at heart. She's already singing and dancing around the house, and it’s amazing to watch," he said to the publication.
Jennifer took to Instagram to share a sweet video with multiple clips of their kids over the years, showing how much they have changed, and how they continue to have a very close relationship with their mom.
"Max changed in MONTHS," one person wrote, while someone else commented, "True Love exists, and it is this. Eternal, Pure and Authentic. The one you give to your children every day," adding, "17 is crazyy, they were just 13 yesterday. Happy birthday to our favorite twins!!"
Marc has previously talked about his love and appreciation for his children. "The moment I had my kids, I became a different person. It’s the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me. It’s life-changing," he said to People in 2015.
