Tonight at the 2025 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, Selena Gomez stole the spotlight in a striking navy blue, custom-made gown by the French house Celine. The actress—creating buzz for her recent role in the film Emilia Pérez—wore a sophisticated satin-finish gown featuring an off-the-shoulder neckline, soft draping, and a bold silhouette that truly evoked the golden era of Hollywood. Paired with diamond earrings and silver rings, the ensemble provided the perfect touch of glamour.

To complete and elevate her look she had on a pair of black strappy sandals and subtle silver jewelry - including her engagement ring from Benny, which garnered added attention.

Her makeup and hair, an ode to Hollywood glam

The 'Only Murders in the Building' actress who was styled by Erin Walsh, made a striking statement without overwhelming her natural elegance. She not only turned heads with her outfit but also with a striking and sophisticated beauty look. She sported her signature bold red lipstick, which added a dash of old-school vintage allure with her intense, earthy-toned eye makeup. To finish, a cherry red manicure perfectly complemented her jewelry.

As for her hair, she opted for a polished hairstyle with defined ends created a curly effect that enhanced her bob cut, adding an unmistakable Old Hollywood touch to the overall ensemble. Celebrity Hairstylist Renato Campora who styled Selena Gomez for the SAG Awards, noted, “Tonight’s clean, soft shape is 1960s inspired, but the additional tuck behind the ears adds a more modern aspect to her look. The face is open and perfectly shaped by the style. Tonight, Selena’s silhouette was incredibly chic, so it was essential for the hair to reflect that same elegance.”

To create the look, Campora relied on several Joico products. First, he prepped her hair by washing it with Joico Defy Damage Protective Shampoo & Conditioner and then treating it with Joico Defy Damage KBOND20 Power Masque for three minutes before rinsing. He also applied Joico Heat Hero, spritzing it on each section before blow-drying with a large round brush. Campora also styled her timeless look for the Golden Globes earlier this year.

The 32-year-old, who came to support her co-star Zoe Saldaña and be a presenter, arrived at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles  dressed for the occasion. And while Selena is not in the running for an award tonight, her presence was a reminder that true style and elegance transcend the competition, making her one of the night’s undeniable highlights.

Her upcoming project with Benny 

While Selena's fiancé, Benny Blanco was not accompanying her tonight on the red carpet tonight, the couple recently shared exciting news about an upcoming music collaboration. Their highly anticipated single, “I Said I Love You First,” will feature a beautiful duet with rising star Gracie Adams.
