Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's rollercoaster relationship has made headlines for years, and although she puts on a brave face amid all the controversy, she's not afraid to admit it affected her. The 40-year-old reality star admitted she's dealt with anxiety in certain situations as a result.

Kardashian and Thompson share True and Tatum Thompson, so even with all the serial cheating, they are always going to have a relationship. While talking to Scott Disick on a recent episode of The Kardashians, she revealed that she had a lot of anxiety when she supported him at his basketball game in Cleveland, Ohio, last year. "I did have a lot of anxiety about going," she told Disick.

With social media following Kardashian and Thompson's love story, ready to roast them both whenever they got back together, and thousands of people ready to leave comments on Koko's page sharing their opinions, it was no secret that people were judging her.

She told Disick she had anxiety, "More for like the public’s reaction." "Which is so lame to say," she said. "Because I knew I was going to get filmed," Koko said in a confessional.

Koko and Thompson share True, 6, and Tatum, 2. Their on and off again nature of their relationship always had people wondering if they secretly got back together after he welcomed his love child with Maralee Nichols

The former couple was even living together after the breakup while his house was renovated, but Koko cleared the air, saying, "My family, my circle, they know that Tristan and I, we’re not together." "I just didn’t want to hear it anymore. Like, "Oh, she’s going to support her man!" Or whatever people were going to say. It’s like, "Oh my gosh, enough of this,"' she said.

At the end of the day, Koko had no regrets. "But, I also was like, 'F**k this, I’m doing this for my kids, I’m doing this for my cousin.' And I’m so happy we all did. We all had the best time,'" she explained.
