Looking effortlessly stylish and carefree, JLo, who had a surprise GRAMMYS appearance, enjoyed a lollipop while checking out one of the potential new homes. She moved around the estate as she tried to envision her life on one of the new properties.

Lopez has great taste

It's pretty common for celebrity exes to wind up in the same neighborhoods. Following Affleck and Lopez's divorce he purchased a $20.5M Pacific Palisades home near his first ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.

Hopefully the next mansion will be Lopez's dream home

Given Lopez has been spotted looking around Brentwood the last two months, it seems like that's where she has her eyes set. They are neighboring communities, so the exes will likely be anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes away from each other if she chooses Brentwood.

Unfinished business

While most people have to wait to sell their current house before buying another one, the "Let's Get Loud" singer seems ready to move on despite the fact that she and ex Ben Affleck have not been able to sell the  Beverly Hills mansion they reportedly paid $60.8M cash for in May 2023.

The estate, boasting 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, an indoor sports complex, a sprawling infinity pool, and a full-service spa, was meant to be their forever home.

They first listed the mansion for sale publicly in July 2024 with an asking price of $68 million after renovating the home, and it has stayed on the market since.

Better times for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez

It was reported on January 6 that their divorce was officially finalized. Per PEOPLE, the legal documents indicate that the exes will divide the final sale price of the house between them, but the amounts and percentage each receives will remain confidential.
