Ella Bleu Travolta has been experiencing an incredible moment in her career. The musician daughter of John Travolta and the late Kelly Preston released her first studio album last year, prompting multiple interviews and photoshoots with various outlets.
Over the past months, Ella has been sharing some of her hard work, including the cover of Hunger Magazine. The shoot's photographer, Andrew Yee, shared some of his favorite shots, showing a stunning Ella wearing Chanel accessories and a bright blue tight top.
She's seen smiling brightly at the sunlight, looking similar to her dad, and holding on to some purple flowers. "STUNNING AND SWEET," Yee captioned the photos.
"What a beauty!" wrote a follower.
Travolta's interest in acting and making music
Ella discussed her artistic interests with the magazine, revealing that while she's also an actress, making music fulfills a different type of creativity for her.
"Acting is the first thing that I knew I wanted to try to do,” she said. “But the only opportunity I get to act is when I’m auditioning or have an actual project going on. It’s not much of a one-person process creatively."
Still, Ella takes after her actor parents, and won't be dropping one art form for the other. “The two worlds, for me at least, go hand in hand,” she said.
It wasn't until Covid that Ella began writing her songs, resulting in the project "Colors of Love," which she's been developing over the past three years. The record includes some of her most personal experiences with love, friendship, grief, and more. The song "Little Bird" is an ode to her mother, who passed away at 57, two years after she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
“When you lose someone, at least for me, even though there’s so much love and support from other people, sometimes other people’s emotions or feelings can get in the way of yours,” she said.
