Sasha's Entrepreneurial Spirit

In December 2024, Shakira attended a Christmas fair in Miami to support Sasha's entrepreneurial debut. The young boy launched "Bad Boyz," a men's jewelry and apparel line featuring bracelets, necklaces, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other accessories. The event celebrated young Latin entrepreneurs, and Sasha's stand quickly became a crowd favorite.

A viral video from the event captured Shakira actively participating at her son's booth, engaging with visitors, showcasing Sasha's designs, and encouraging attendees to purchase his handcrafted items. Sasha impressed onlookers with his professionalism, assisting customers, helping them try on accessories, and confidently promoting his creations. His entrepreneurial venture highlights not only his creativity but also the values of independence and hard work instilled by his mother.

Shakira's Role as a Supportive Mother

Shakira's unwavering support for her children has been evident throughout the year. During a 2024 appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," she revealed that Milan and Sasha earned and saved the money they made from lending their voices to her song "Acróstico." This financial lesson is one of many ways Shakira fosters her children's independence and growth.

Shakira has also cheered on Milan's musical journey, attending his debut as a drummer in a band, solidifying her reputation as her children's biggest cheerleader. Whether it's through music or entrepreneurship, she ensures her sons feel encouraged and celebrated.

 A Family of Talent

Shakira's support for her family extends beyond her sons. In August 2024, the singer attended a special event in Miami to celebrate her niece Isabella, who presented her artwork at a gallery to raise funds for children in Cartagena. Isabella's paintings, created across various locations, including Brooklyn and Miami, reflected her dedication to her craft and charitable spirit.

The painter shared the meaning behind her work on Instagram. "I started working on [the paintings] in my room in Brooklyn, then my parents house in Miami, then my dads passion project in Brickell, then my uncles apartment in Cartagena, and finally finished them in my tweenage bedroom that I gutted and turned into my temporary studio. Now I'm back where I started, in Brooklyn, getting ready to go back to school and keep working on my studio practice of course!!" Isabella wrote.
