Lola Sheen is opening up about one of her most emotional moments. The daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards documented her baptism at the age of 19, following a series of personal struggles, which she described as a "battle." However, Lola admitted that she now feels better and has experienced growth after hitting "rock bottom."

“When I was in my deepest depression, there was a moment where I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt so lost and hopeless, and was just doing my best to make it to the next day,” Lola shared on social media, posting photos of her baptism earlier this year.

“I just accepted my life was going to be like that forever, and thought I would never genuinely laugh again. Until, I met not only my Savior but my best friend, Jesus," she said about her personal struggles and battle with anxiety and depression.

“Jesus saved me from battling severe anxiety, and gave me a peace that makes no sense. I now find myself laughing again, in places I only had cried,” she added, showing photos of the moment she was baptized after finding her faith.

“Jesus fulfilled His promise of making me new, and completely renewed my mind. Jesus is the only reason why I’m here today and made my life worth living," the daughter of the two actors wrote on Instagram.

Following the life-changing moment, Lola is planning to launch a podcast about “walking with Jesus and walking through life.” She also detailed her experience on YouTube. “I have been wanting to share how God has transformed my life for so long, and I’m so happy I’m finally doing so,” she declared. “I can’t wait to see how Jesus uses this podcast, and I couldn’t be more excited. I love you and God loves you more.”
