Camila Cabello shares emotional letter: 'It’s one of the sweetest relationships I’ve known'

Camila Cabello is celebrating the end of her latest musical era with a touching message. The Cuban-born singer is sharing her appreciation for her fans in an emotional letter, revealing that it is "one of the sweetest relationships" she knows.

The musician took to social media to share a special message, detailing the admiration she also has for her idols. "The people who I’ve chosen to be a fan of, since I was 12 to now, from musicians to authors to painters, have made me who I am," she wrote.

She continued, "Being a fan is a transformative and creative and sacred endeavor. And the artist who gives to their community also gets, in the form of love, inspiration, and trust," Camila said. "I’m honored to be that for you."

"It’s one of the sweetest relationships I’ve known," The 'Havana' singer declared. "I have fans that have been more loving, loyal, and ride or die than people in my real life. Make no mistake, regardless of distance, and time apart, and proximity, the love in that room, the love between us, is very real."

"I feel it too," Camila said about the love she constantly receives from her audience. "I hold it close to my heart like a little light on a dark night. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow," she concluded.

The musician recently talked about her evolution and growth, both personally and professionally. “I’m finding out what is really important to me and what my values are and that’s a process,” she said during a conversation with Dave Grutman at Art Basel Miami Beach.

“The second half of your 20s is when you really feel like an adult. At least for me, at 27, this is the first time I really feel like, ‘I’m a woman!’ Like, I’m an adult.”
